This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the health metrics of sponsors, risk-monitoring dashboards, and portfolio analytics across the national sponsor portfolio of Enterprise.
• Evaluate financial statements of sponsors, guarantors, and affiliates.
• Create multi-year financial models, conduct risk assessments, and perform evaluations of organizational health.
• Integrate financial, operational, governance, and market data into executive summaries and actionable recommendations.
• Formulate strategies for sponsor support, stabilization plans, and recommendations for capacity building.
• Detect patterns, recurring challenges, and systemic risks across the portfolio using REO schedules and other data sources.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, advanced Excel solutions, dashboards, and data visualization techniques to enhance assessments and reporting.
• Design, test, and enhance analytical tools, prompts, templates, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate communications and document findings, recommendations, action plans, and decisions.
• Collaborate with sponsor and guarantor leadership, finance teams, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in risk-rating methodologies, monitoring frameworks, assessment criteria, and performance indicators.
• Organize technical assistance, strategic interventions, and cross-functional support initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies related to sensitive information.
• Analyze and summarize portfolio and market data for contractual engagements.
• Improve Sponsor Support policies, procedures, analytical frameworks, and best practices.
• Execute other assigned duties.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate finance, commercial banking, credit underwriting, FP&A, investment analysis, management consulting, risk management, affordable housing finance, or real estate finance.
• Advanced expertise in financial statement analysis, including aspects of liquidity, cash flow, leverage, profitability, net asset position, and organizational financial health.
• Capability to execute complex financial modeling, trend analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessments using advanced Excel and other analytical tools.
• Experience in synthesizing intricate financial, operational, and organizational information into succinct executive recommendations.
• Proficient in managing competing priorities, coordinating complex projects, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences.
• Skilled in cultivating productive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and senior organizational leaders.
• Possess intellectual curiosity, professional judgment, integrity, and accountability.
• Strong problem-solving and investigative abilities.
• Willingness to travel periodically for sponsor meetings, project site visits, conferences, and team gatherings.
• Capacity to conduct onsite assessments at multifamily housing properties and organizational offices, including exposure to various outdoor conditions, construction environments, and active project sites.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel independently.
• Experience with AI-enabled technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, automation platforms, LLMs, or similar solutions is preferred.
• Background in developing dashboards, visualizations, reports, prompts, workflows, or analytical tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with credit analysis methodologies, risk-rating frameworks, portfolio monitoring, or organizational health assessments is preferred.
• Experience in evaluating nonprofit organizations, affordable housing developers, community development organizations, or mission-driven enterprises is preferred.
• Knowledge of LIHTC programs, affordable housing finance, multifamily housing operations, real estate feasibility analysis, or community development finance is preferred.
• Experience with large datasets and emerging trends, portfolio risks, and strategic opportunities is preferred.
