Workday Integration Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Deliver HRIS module configurations independently.

• Oversee client interactions and contribute to project delivery while enhancing functional expertise.

• Collaborate with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specifications.

• Provide clients with advice on system design options and HRIS best practices.

• Configure and test modules to align with client requirements.

• Perform or assist with data migration activities as necessary.

• Conduct comprehensive demonstrations and UAT walkthroughs for client evaluation.

• Gather and process feedback to facilitate system modifications.

• Deliver training to end-users on various modules.

• Create BRDs, training materials, and all project-related documentation.

• Address post-implementation issues within the established SLAs.

• Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.

• Document clear business requirements during workshops with moderate guidance.

• Configure and troubleshoot with increasing confidence.

• Facilitate workshops and extract insights from discussions.

• Communicate ideas effectively and keep stakeholders updated.

• Manage personal responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Review work meticulously to minimize avoidable errors.

• Balance client requests with the feasibility of solutions.

• Analyze root causes and suggest solutions for common issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 2–4 years of experience in HRIS Implementation / Support / End User.

• Practical experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.

• Workday Core HCM Certification (mandatory).
