Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, assess property values, analyze comparable properties, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.

• Estimate repair costs and determine the After Repair Value (ARV) and current value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

• Hold in-person meetings with prospects and clients regularly.

• Offer evening and weekend availability to accommodate sellers' schedules and enhance deal flow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales personnel in previous positions.

• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass quotas through phone sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
