Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, assess property values, analyze comparable properties, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and disposition of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and determine the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.

• Hold in-person meetings with prospects and clients on a regular basis.

• Accommodate seller schedules by being available during evenings and weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in previous positions.

• Excellent communication skills alongside proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales quotas through phone interactions.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
