Workday Core HCM, Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to collect business requirements and document functional specifications.

• Provide guidance to clients on system design alternatives and best practices for HRIS.

• Configure and test modules to align with client specifications.

• Carry out or assist with data migration tasks as necessary.

• Facilitate comprehensive demonstrations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) walkthroughs for client evaluation.

• Gather and analyze feedback to drive system enhancements.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users on various modules.

• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), training materials, and project documentation.

• Address post-implementation issues within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Execute minor improvements based on client input.

• Capture business requirements during workshop sessions.

• Configure and troubleshoot with increasing assurance.

• Lead workshops and derive insights from participant discussions.

• Manage tasks effectively with minimal supervision.

• Carefully review work to minimize errors.

• Balance client requests with the feasibility of solutions.

• Analyze the root causes of common issues and propose effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 2–4 years of experience in HRIS Implementation, Support, or End User roles.

• Practical experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT processes.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and self-management abilities.

• Workday Core HCM Certification (mandatory).
