
Workday HRIS Specialist – PATT, Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +15 more states.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance the Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules, focusing on business processes, eligibility criteria, calculations, and accruals.
• Assist in the design, testing, deployment, and improvement of Workday functionalities.
• Diagnose system issues and collaborate with stakeholders to rectify defects.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Payroll and Time Tracking configuration and system support.
• Ensure payroll compliance through precise system configuration and audits.
• Create and manage Workday reports.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Uphold data integrity through audits, validations, and governance practices.
• Oversee EIB uploads and maintain system data tables.
• Contribute to HRIS projects, including testing and Workday updates.
• Provide backup support for Benefits and Compensation modules.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to guarantee system accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Configuration experience with US Payroll, Global Absence, Global Time Tracking, and Reporting Workday modules is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of HRIS experience is necessary.
• At least 3 years of experience configuring Workday is required.
• Proficiency in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules is essential.
• Experience in building Workday reports and dashboards is needed.
• A solid understanding of Workday architecture and data structures is important.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions is essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively is required.
• Advanced Excel skills are a must.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity is essential.
