Workday HCM Analyst

• Develop expertise in one or more Workday verticals

• Gain insight into a diverse array of PTG services

• Collaborate with seasoned consultants on client projects

• Determine client needs and requirements

• Configure Workday solutions to align with client specifications

• Utilize HR business-process knowledge in Workday HCM consulting

• Engage in practical learning while contributing to both client and company success

• Collaborate with mentors, people managers, and project leaders

• Potentially lead committees and capability groups

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) business processes

• Ability to adapt to changing conditions

• Strong problem-solving capabilities

• Proficient analytical thinking skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or other shared services domains is advantageous but not mandatory

• Willingness to travel approximately 20–25%, with potential for more or less
