Helicopter Maintenance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for designated helicopter clients

• Reach out to customers proactively, offering updates, monitoring account health, and aiding in account retention

• Manage customer-reported issues from the first contact to confirmed resolution

• Collaborate with Records, Technical Publications, Onboarding, Quality, Sales, and other internal departments

• Conduct customer check-in calls based on fleet size and account health status

• Review At-Risk scores in Salesforce, documenting customer interactions, activities, notes, and follow-up tasks

• Elevate extended work requests, custom program updates, and complex issues to the Team Lead

• Address Records compliance notes and submit MTS Tickets for equipment modifications, builds, and large data projects

• Guide and support the Records team with account context and customer needs

• Oversee Holding Area revisions and align customer preferences and reviews

• Organize PTO account coverage and record open-case status prior to leave

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in aviation, with a strong preference for helicopter experience

• Knowledge of helicopter maintenance concepts, compliance tracking, or aviation operations

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable initiating and leading customer conversations

• Highly organized, capable of handling multiple priorities

• Willingness to learn the Traxxall platform and develop into full account ownership

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is advantageous

• Familiarity with Traxxall, CAMP, Veryon Tracking, or other maintenance tracking systems is preferred

• Background in helicopter operations, MRO, or flight operations is preferred

• Understanding of FAA, EASA, or Transport Canada regulatory frameworks is preferred

• Experience in customer service or account management within a technical setting is preferred
