Enterprise Delivery Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the Terafina intake process for improvements, requirements, defects, operational requests, regulatory updates, and business demands.

• Monitor Terafina requests from the point of submission through to decision-making, planning, implementation, and closure.

• Convert business priorities into detailed Terafina project plans, documenting scope, requirements, dependencies, sequencing, implementation steps, timelines, and trade-offs.

• Direct Terafina risk, governance, and control activities, which include Key Risk Indicators, roadmap and leadership presentations, risk evaluations, control updates, audit requests, and follow-up actions.

• Oversee the Terafina roadmap, project inventory, milestone calendar, release schedule, and delivery timelines.

• Manage project activities and communications across business, operations, technology, vendor, risk, compliance, and line of business teams.

• Develop and maintain project artifacts such as action trackers, RAID logs, meeting notes, status reports, stakeholder updates, testing plans, implementation checklists, and post-release validation summaries.

• Organize testing, UAT preparation, defect tracking, retesting, release readiness, change documentation, deployment communications, stakeholder signoff, and implementation.

• Identify resource limitations, scope changes, capacity conflicts, delivery obstacles, and escalation necessities; formulate mitigation plans and drive decision-making.

• Provide updates regarding roadmap progress, milestones, priorities, risks, decisions, implementation preparedness, process enhancements, and post-release results.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in managing teams is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in banking or banking support is needed.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Preferred 3 years in banking with an emphasis on project management or organization.

• Project Management Certifications are preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, portfolio management, platform operations, business operations, implementation coordination, or digital delivery is preferred.

• Experience in managing roadmaps, work intake, prioritization processes, project plans, status reporting, testing coordination, release readiness, or project portfolios is preferred.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business, operations, technology, and vendor teams is preferred.

• Strong organizational, planning, facilitation, and prioritization skills are essential.

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills, particularly with LOB/executives, are required.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead decisions without direct authority.

• Capability to translate complex delivery information into clear updates, meeting materials, decision summaries, escalation points, and communications suitable for executives.

• Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, decision support, and stakeholder influence are crucial.

• Familiarity with banking account origination platforms.

• Knowledge of project management, portfolio governance, release/testing coordination, and related tools is necessary.

• Proficient communication skills in person, over the phone, and through electronic means.

• Ability to frequently engage with a computer, including typing and maintaining focus on a monitor.

• For remote positions, a secure and distraction-free environment along with a reliable internet connection is required; cable or fiber connections are preferred, while mobile hotspots are not acceptable.
