Workday Financials Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Oversee the design of solutions and the successful execution of large-scale Workday Financials implementations.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Transformation Leaders, and executive stakeholders.

• Provide architectural direction and address complex functional and business challenges.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to guarantee high-quality, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

• Assist in pre-sales efforts, which include solution design, proposals, estimates, and client presentations.

• Contribute to the growth of capabilities through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

• Aid in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in Workday.

• Represent Kainos as a Workday Financials subject matter expert both internally and externally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Workday Financials Certification.

• Prior consulting experience within a Workday Partner organization.

• Extensive background in leading and architecting Workday Financials implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of Workday Financial Management and the Foundation Data Model (FDM).

• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or Principal Consultant on enterprise-scale Workday programs.

• Experience in engaging with executive-level stakeholders and leading strategic discussions with clients.

• Strong comprehension of finance transformation, operating models, and shared services environments.

• Experience throughout various phases of the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design to deployment and post-go-live support.

• Background in supporting business development, solution estimation, or pre-sales activities.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

• Preferred: certifications in additional Workday Financials products and modules.

• Preferred: experience with Procurement, Expenses, Revenue Management, Accounting Center, and Reporting.

• Preferred: experience leading global or multi-country Workday deployments.
