Lead Solutions Architect – ServiceNow, API Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive solutions architecture and manage the inventory of system integrations and interfaces.

• Create secure API integrations that link ServiceNow with enterprise, clinical, and operational systems while maintaining existing systems of record.

• Design ServiceNow Integration Hub spokes and integration patterns tailored for complex operational environments.

• Formulate architectural strategies for mobile and disconnected operations, which include transaction queuing, synchronization, and data reconciliation.

• Set engineering standards and offer technical guidance to automation and data integration engineers.

• Evaluate production releases to ensure compliance with approved architecture, integration standards, and operational requirements.

• Identify and resolve technical dependencies related to platform access, licensing, security, and system interoperability.

• Create feasible alternatives when platform limitations or technical challenges impact implementation.

• Lead customer interface approval processes and represent the engineering team in architecture and security review boards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in solutions architecture, specifically in enterprise API design.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required.

• Must comply with applicable DoD 8140 qualification requirements.

• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance is necessary.
