Workday Financials Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in Workday Financials projects by identifying best practices within the industry for business processes, data conversion, data retention, and integration.

• Engage in the implementation lifecycle processes, which include system design, configuration, testing, data integrity, and project evaluations.

• Aid the Financials Lead in designing the architecture of Workday Financials.

• Ensure that workstreams are integrated and that cross-functional impacts are acknowledged and addressed.

• Relay project updates and suggestions to clients effectively.

• Prioritize client interests and actively listen to exceed their expectations.

• Enhance the operational efficiency of the Workday practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.

• 1–3 years of experience or internship experience in financial systems analysis.

• Familiarity with accounting and forecasting principles.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to multitask and manage a variety of duties and projects at once.

• Proficient in effectively prioritizing tasks.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proven capability to quickly learn new technologies independently.

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20–25% of the time.
