Workday Extend Consulting Manager

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of Workday Extend clients, ensuring strategic oversight and consistent excellence in delivery.

• Develop, mentor, and empower a geographically diverse team of Consultants and Architects.

• Collaborate with Integrations and Product leadership to refine and enhance the Extend offering.

• Supervise project budgets, timelines, risks, and client communications.

• Lead the management of escalations and nurture long-term client relationships.

• Direct pre-sales strategies and assist in proposal development.

• Propel improvements in methodologies, tools, processes, and delivery standards.

• Represent the Extend team in leadership discussions and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

• Exhibit ownership by linking daily tasks to wider business, practice, and ecosystem objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive consulting experience at a senior level with Workday Extend and Orchestrations, along with their related ecosystems.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing remote or distributed consulting teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal skills for stakeholder management and communication.

• Capability to align daily activities with broader business objectives to drive strategic outcomes.

• Proven history of client success and practice growth.

• Willingness to meet travel requirements of up to 5% annually.

• Candidates must possess work authorization in the country of employment without current or future visa sponsorship needs.
