City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Expand the local business by securing new properties for management.

• Supervise the daily operations of the property portfolio.

• Arrange cleaning services, maintenance, and guest check-ins/check-outs.

• Foster and manage guest relationships.

• Enhance revenue through effective yield management strategies.

• Oversee listings on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Coordinate a network of local service providers.

• Delegate portfolio management responsibilities during absences using the ALB Vacation System.

• Optionally recruit City Managers through a referral program and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Possess independent contractor status.

• Ability to persuade property owners and establish trust.

• Drive to develop an independent business.

• Interest in generating a long-term recurring income.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is advantageous.
