Real Estate City Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local representative for the network in your city and its surrounding areas.

• Expand the business in your region by onboarding new properties for management.

• Manage the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Create and oversee a local network of service providers.

• Assign portfolio management responsibilities during absences using the ALB Vacation System.

• Develop a portfolio of managed properties.

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions from their activities.
