City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local network ambassador within the city and its neighboring regions.

• Expand the local business and acquire new properties for management.

• Manage the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out processes, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through yield management and multi-channel listings on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Organize the local network of service providers.

• Assign portfolio management to the ALB network during absences using the Vacation System.

• Optionally, create a team of sponsored City Managers and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Ability to influence property owners and foster trusting relationships.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or another relevant sector is advantageous.

• Strong motivation and drive.

• Appreciate the independence of being a self-employed professional while having the backing of a structured network.

• Possess independent contractor status.
