City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local representative of the ALB network in Toulon and its surrounding areas.

• Expand the business by introducing new properties for management.

• Manage a diverse range of properties including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique accommodations.

• Supervise property operations such as cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through effective yield management and multi-channel distribution on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Coordinate a local network of service providers.

• Delegate property management responsibilities during absences using the ALB Vacation System.

• Potentially recruit City Managers under your mentorship and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Ability to persuade property owners and establish trust.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or other relevant sectors is acceptable.

• High motivation and drive.

• Independence as a self-employed professional while benefiting from a structured network's support.
