Workday Advanced Compensation Subject Matter Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical and business process/data guidance to facilitate ongoing operations and new software development initiatives.

• Utilize expertise in systems, procedures, and emerging technologies.

• Supervise development processes and verify the functionality of the final product.

• Define the feasibility of solutions, their implementation, and their interaction with existing systems.

• Offer solutions and resolutions for application-related issues through testing, investigations, and analyses.

• Construct, design, assess, and implement structured IT applications to fulfill business requirements.

• Support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional Information Systems processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience within the Workday ecosystem.

• Proficient in the Workday Advanced Compensation module.

• Practical experience in configuring the Workday Advanced Compensation module.

• Experience managing annual salary, bonus, and stock processes as part of regular business operations.

• Background in navigating complex global environments.

• Creative and open to investigating new technologies and avenues for continuous improvement.

• Current Workday certification or a previously held Workday certification in HCM, Compensation, or Advanced Compensation.

• Hands-on experience in creating, configuring, and maintaining calculated fields.

• Proficient in English communication.
