This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Interact with healthcare providers through in-person visits, virtual meetings, and digital platforms.
β’ Offer specialized knowledge on products and their respective approved uses.
β’ Personally connect with customers using virtual or digital tools.
β’ Guide customers to Customer Service Specialists and other team members as necessary.
β’ Ensure customer inquiries are addressed and gather feedback on the quality of engagements.
β’ Organize and facilitate speaker programs.
β’ Coordinate local provider groups to share experiences and outcomes with regional leaders.
β’ Communicate opportunities, feedback, and local market insights to the Area Business Lead.
β’ Work alongside the ecosystem team to modify targeting and call point strategies in a compliant manner.
β’ Leverage customer insights to shape local strategies and business objectives.
β’ Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare professionals regarding product access, on-label information, and established patient care guidelines.
β’ Educate office staff on payer guidelines and reimbursement processes.
β’ Utilize promotional materials and technical documentation effectively.
β’ Develop relationships with office and practice staff.
β’ Provide balanced office visits and sales presentations to assist healthcare professionals in improving patient outcomes.
β’ Report directly to the Area Business Lead and collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams.
β’ A minimum of one of the following: 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales; less experience may be considered for individuals who successfully complete the Otsuka ReadyNow program.
β’ 3+ years of B2B or equivalent outside sales experience in regulated, clinical, or customer engagement environments.
β’ 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, RN, or similar) with a focus on patient interaction, medical education, or therapy-related responsibilities.
β’ Proven ability to articulate complex clinical information, influence stakeholders, and convert scientific data into clear, actionable value propositions.
β’ Strong dedication to ethical business practices and a solid understanding of regulatory standards.
β’ Competency in executing business activities in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
β’ Ability to comprehend and communicate intricate clinical and product information.
β’ Must live within a commutable distance of 50 miles from the primary city within the sales territory.
