📋 Description

• Establish and nurture a property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Identify and secure partnerships with property owners looking to outsource their property management.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally, create a network of City Managers through sponsorship opportunities.

• Track property-owner inquiries in your region and oversee operations in real time using the ALB platform.

• Strong ability to persuade property owners and cultivate trust.

• Driven and capable of growing an entrepreneurial venture.
