ATC, Semi Full / Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer inquiries as a customer service advisor

• Work from home in a 100% remote setting

• Adhere to shifts from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off

• Engage in paid training sessions

• Manage 7 hours and 30 minutes plus a 45-minute break in a full-time schedule, 6 hours in a semi-full schedule, or 4 hours in a part-time schedule

• Join Partner Service S.A.C., a multinational company in the telecommunications sector, serving its clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old

• Valid national ID (DNI)

• Minimum experience of 3 months

• Strong communication skills

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

• Completed secondary education

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off

• Flexibility for morning or evening shifts

• Willingness to work full-time, semi-full, or part-time
