This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Provide ongoing support to clients in the administration, enhancement, and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning environments.
• Assist with configuration modifications, reporting, maintenance of planning models, issue resolution, testing, and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders.
• Partner with clients in a managed services setting.
• Travel only upon client request.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights.
• 1-3 years of experience in requirements analysis, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with business users.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Active Workday Certification (preferably in Financials or Adaptive).
• Prior experience with TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions may be considered.
• Experience supporting medium to large scale Adaptive Planning projects.
• Familiarity with Adaptive in both development and administrative capacities.
• Capability to manage client support up to Tier 3.
• Previous experience with PPS/AMS.
• Expertise in the automation and integration of Adaptive.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of FP&A processes and activities.
