This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with field sales teams to inform key recommenders and enhance recommendations, market share, and sales growth.

• Build relationships with specialty referral hospitals to boost nutrition category sales among nearby general practices.

• Fortify strategic accounts through regional medical leadership connections and impactful events.

• Develop and sustain networks of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and speakers.

• Provide Royal Canin nutrition education to veterinarians, technicians, and hospital personnel.

• Contribute to the growth of veterinary business through collaboration and joint business planning with sales teams.

• Act as a trusted technical resource and offer expert support.

• Represent Royal Canin at veterinary conferences and events.

• Offer nutritional case consultations to veterinary partners and clients.

• Manage territory and regional coverage responsibilities.

• Travel 3–4 days per week, reserving one day for remote home-office work.

• Support field-based teams through local and air travel.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or VMD) with a valid license in at least one state.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a veterinary practitioner, encompassing internships, co-ops, and/or residency.

• Preference for experience in small or companion animal practices.

• Outstanding scientific communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneNote.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively—up to 75% within the assigned territory.

• Eligibility for a company vehicle.

• Flexibility to travel during nights and weekends.

• Capability to independently manage travel arrangements.

• Must be prepared and able to travel to fulfill the role's responsibilities.

• Mars does not sponsor visas for this position.
