This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.
• Deliver innovative methods for interpreting diagnostic tests and offering lifestyle recommendations.
• Administer Hormone Optimization Therapy (HOT), manage weight loss, and utilize peptides when suitable.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of proprietary supplements and provide explanations and recommendations as needed.
• Balance efficiency and thoroughness to ensure timely completion of synchronous visits and asynchronous tasks without compromising quality.
• Implement evolving technologies to provide care and maintain communication with members and internal teams.
• Leverage verbal and written communication skills to enhance member outcomes.
• Prioritize member results and experiences while adhering to safe, Lifeforce-approved medical protocols.
• Display genuine interest and empathy towards members, meeting them where they are in their journey.
• Achieve quality and productivity benchmarks that are regularly assessed with management.
• Collaborate with Health Coaches to offer hormone optimization, weight loss management, cardiometabolic treatments, supplements, and lifestyle strategies.
• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner.
• Possession of active, unrestricted licenses and at least one DEA # to practice medicine across multiple states.
• Priority DEA States: TN, IL, MI.
• Priority License States: CA, CO, TX, FL, IL, MA, TN, WI, NC.
• Interest in a fully-remote, 1099 contractor position.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week consistently.
• Strong knowledge of and/or interest in functionally-minded care approaches.
• Proficient in or willing to learn about HOT (Hormone Optimization Therapy) and comfortable using both supplements and approved pharmaceuticals when necessary for men and women.
• Expertise in or willingness to learn about medical weight loss therapies and peptides.
• Ability to rapidly gain proficiency with essential technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Thrives in a team setting, excelling in a fast-paced environment and effectively collaborating with diverse teams at all organizational levels.
• Strong time management abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Option for part-time or full-time work (20-40 hours/week).
