Windchill Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive design and implementation of Windchill PLM solutions across various modules and business sectors.

• Manage the activities of configuration, customization, and integration to satisfy specific client requirements.

• Supervise data migration and transformation initiatives, ensuring both accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business objectives.

• Provide technical direction and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

• Engage with stakeholders to set expectations and maintain transparency throughout the project.

• Track project progress and address technical issues to ensure timely delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in Windchill PLM development, configuration, and project management.

• Extensive knowledge of PTC Windchill products, including PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and QMS.

• Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and various debugging tools.

• Practical experience with Windchill Bulk Migration, CAD integrations, and database architecture.

• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication capabilities.

• Experience in managing remote teams and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
