This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Ensure data integrity within loan origination software with general supervision.

• Collect and submit documents for underwriting purposes.

• Resolve loan conditions for final approval and send files to the closing department.

• Process applications for submission to underwriting.

• Collaborate with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, appraisal management companies, and title agencies.

• Scan and upload documentation into the loan origination system.

• Address loan conditions with applicants and maintain communication with loan officers.

• Evaluate credit, income, tax returns, and asset documentation.

• Carry out additional mortgage-related or company tasks as assigned by management.

• Maintain the confidentiality of client files.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in reverse mortgage processing is required.

• Strong skills in time management and prioritization.

• Capacity to meet deadlines effectively.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations.

• Above-average oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong customer service and analytical skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in PC applications, including Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.

• Capability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple competing deadlines.

• Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Must uphold the confidentiality of client files.
