Wholesale FBA Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on profitable Amazon FBA products and ASINs.

• Identify potential brands, wholesalers, distributors, and suppliers.

• Verify the legitimacy of suppliers through research.

• Reach out to suppliers regarding opportunities for wholesale accounts.

• Assist in the process of opening wholesale accounts and provide ongoing follow-up with suppliers.

• Create and maintain a well-organized supplier pipeline.

• Focus on developing long-term sourcing opportunities instead of one-time leads.

• Utilize tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, and other available resources to analyze products.

• Review sales history, pricing, competition, fees, and potential profitability.

• Compute estimated ROI and profit margins.

• Clearly present qualified opportunities for client review.

• Avoid dealing with hazmat, oversized, fragile, and challenging-to-ship products.

• Prioritize practical and profitable products that are suitable for FBA.

• Engage in professional outreach to brands, distributors, and wholesalers.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with potential suppliers.

• Track conversations and open opportunities with suppliers.

• Assist in gathering pricing, catalogs, terms, and account details.

• Keep organized records related to sourcing and suppliers.

• Deliver task-specific services in accordance with agreed timelines, guidelines, and written deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required experience in Amazon FBA sourcing.

• Strong preference for experience with Keepa.

• Preference for experience with SellerAmp or similar sourcing tools.

• Experience in wholesale/supplier sourcing is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of ROI, Amazon fees, competition, and profitability.

• Experience in the European Amazon marketplace is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with UAE/Saudi Amazon markets is a plus.

• Strong spreadsheet and research capabilities.

• Experience with Amazon wholesale sourcing.

• Excellent analytical and research skills.

• Ability to evaluate product profitability comfortably.

• Persistent and professional in outreach to suppliers.

• Organized and detail-oriented in approach.

• Capable of working independently and presenting researched opportunities effectively.

• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Keepa, SellerAmp, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and supplier research tools.

• Proficient in English for both written and spoken communication.

• Availability for 20 contracted hours per week, Monday through Friday, during morning hours in France / CEST.

• Must operate as an independent contractor under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
