Wholesale and Technical Sales Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs within the applicant's area of expertise.

• Analyze a complete attempt by an AI agent on a job-related task, encompassing the task details, agent output, generated files, and AI grading scoresheet.

• Assess the realism and relevance of the task to the profession.

• Confirm domain-specific content, including standards, figures, regulations, constraints, and terminology.

• Examine eleven yes/no grading questions and pinpoint any discrepancies with the grader's assessment.

• Independently evaluate the work and determine whether the reported score is justifiable.

• Complete each review within approximately one hour.

• Refrain from executing the task or revising the agent's work.

• Provide a concise written explanation for each judgment made.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and advancing AI systems for Mercor's AI lab and its enterprise collaborators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Apply for the role that aligns with your expertise: Sales Representatives, Technical and Scientific Products; First-Line Supervisors of Non-Retail Sales Workers; or Order Clerks.

• Over 4 years of experience in selling technical or scientific products, which includes independently sizing, specifying, and quoting; OR over 4 years managing a B2B or distribution sales team, quota, and pipeline; OR at least 3 years in order entry and management for a distributor or manufacturer, handling real quotes, purchase orders, and backorders.

• Extensive practical field knowledge, with experience in identifying incorrectly specified quotes, correcting proposals, or addressing orders shipped under incorrect terms.

• Near-native proficiency in business English.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets or PDFs to ensure that figures align correctly.

• Must be capable of functioning as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates will not be supported.
