This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.
• Provide expertise in software and applications to assist in the implementation of solutions.
• Enhance delivered services to align with business needs and operational strategies.
• Plan, assess, report, and communicate initiatives for service improvement.
• Act as a consultant for problem-solving and resolutions.
• Suggest measures to optimize investments, enhance benefits, and reduce risks.
• Identify and assess suppliers, onboard vendors, and manage vendor governance.
• Collaborate with management on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payment processes.
• Provide design materials and configure software components in compliance with security policies and governance.
• Ensure compliance with development and configuration standards and procedures.
• Deliver daily support, administration, and troubleshooting for the INFOR Time & Attendance system.
• Facilitate accurate employee time recording, schedule management, and data transfer to payroll.
• Serve as the primary support contact for employees, managers, HR, and payroll users.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, configurations, integrations, reports, audits, upgrades, and patches.
• Offer end-user support, documentation, training, and system communications.
• Assist with payroll processing and resolve any data discrepancies.
• Support the implementation process through requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, testing, quality assurance, training, change management, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization.
• Participate in project meetings and workshops, monitor tasks, and provide status updates to the project manager.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with HRIS, payroll, or time & attendance systems.
• Hands-on experience with INFOR Time & Attendance or other INFOR HCM modules is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a support or HR operations role is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Capability to troubleshoot application issues and provide clear directions to end-users.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of payroll processes and compliance with labor laws (advantageous).
• Experience with scheduling/labor management and MVS (Master Rotation and Auto Assignment).
• Knowledge of Workday/HCM Integration.
• Service-oriented and friendly with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working under deadlines.
• High levels of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Strong team player with the ability to work across different functions.
