📋 Description

• Convert sensitive wellness data into actionable insights that enhance engagement and well-being.

• Work alongside behavioral scientists to assist in wellness research that adheres to ethical guidelines and data privacy standards.

• Provide insights for study design and data analysis that align with research goals.

• Create dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI.

• Develop internal tools and automation workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate.

• Handle and manage data from SQL databases, Excel, Redshift, and APIs.

• Maintain high standards of data quality and consistency throughout the reporting pipeline.

• Conduct data validation and visualization tasks.

• Discover trends in extensive and intricate datasets to address real-world challenges.

• Collaborate with Wellness, Operations, data engineering, and cross-functional teams across various regions.

• Assist with global initiatives, requiring occasional schedule flexibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Advanced proficiency in English (B2+).

• Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Python, and R.

• Proficient knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Fabric.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with ETL processes and databases/data warehouses related to report development using Power BI.

• Ability to manage large volumes of information and maintain a broad perspective.

• Proficient in exploratory data analysis and data visualization techniques.
