BI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain interactive dashboards and reports that align with business needs.

• Access data sources and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

• Enhance Tableau dashboards for optimal performance and scalability.

• Establish and uphold best practices for data visualization and dashboard design.

• Offer training and support to end-users regarding Tableau/Looker dashboards and reports.

• Engage in data governance and data quality initiatives.

• Keep current with the latest Tableau features and industry developments.

• Customize all workflows for Agentic Analytics readiness and connect them for AI consumption or through AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Tableau BI Developer or in other BI tools.

• At least 1 year of experience in mobile application analysis.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing intricate Tableau dashboards and reports.

• Strong grasp of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling principles.

• Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

• Familiarity with relational databases, cloud platforms, and flat files.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Experience with other BI tools, such as Looker, Power BI, or QlikView, is advantageous.

• Preferred knowledge of scripting languages like SQL or Python for data analysis.

• Experience with cloud data platforms such as GCP, BigQuery, or Databricks is a plus.

• Tableau Desktop or Server certification is preferred.
