MIS, Power BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Burundi, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create reports and present them through dashboards as an individual contributor.

• Oversee MIS and Power BI reports related to F&A processes, including Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A.

• Process CRM reports and deliver the findings.

• Identify performance gaps and develop dashboards to aid in decision-making and process modifications within Operations.

• Conduct MIS reporting utilizing Advanced Excel, Power BI, and VBA macros.

• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly SLA, KPI, and operational process reports based on client specifications.

• Provide high-quality final products with rapid turnaround times.

• Establish practices and processes aimed at enhancing operational efficiency in the generation and upkeep of daily MIS data and management updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong educational qualifications.

• Expertise in reporting tools.

• Preference for MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with MS Power BI is advantageous.

• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and both verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural team environment.

• Self-motivated and results-driven.
