This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with individuals who are interested in wellness, as well as personal and professional development.

• Provide structured online learning programs and resources.

• Utilize digital tools to follow up and monitor outcomes within the CRM.

• Operate independently while receiving onboarding and ongoing support.

• Achieve consistent results through focus, clarity, and intentional action.

• Introduce individuals to personal development programs and assist them in attaining meaningful results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in wellness coaching, yoga/Pilates, nutrition, fitness, counseling, occupational health, learning & development, or client services.

• Strong communicator who is proficient with Zoom/Teams, diary management, and CRM systems.

• Self-motivated and well-organized.

• Must not require visa sponsorship.

• Must not be enrolled in full-time studies.

• Comfortable working in an outcome-based environment rather than on a fixed hourly wage.
