Telemedicine Physician, Internal/Family Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Fulfill necessary training requirements and adhere to clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Keep precise patient records and ensure timely charting.

• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages effectively.

• Offer a minimum of 10–20 hours of patient-facing services weekly, including consultations and medical advice, with prescribing as appropriate.

• Manage various conditions such as PCOS, hypothyroidism/Hashimoto’s, metabolic syndrome, menopause/perimenopause/HRT, PMDD, obesity/weight management, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and mild-to-moderate anxiety/depression.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Active national board certification in Internal or Family Medicine.

• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as an Internal or Family Medicine Physician, with a focus on women's health issues.

• Demonstrated capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, showing compassion and clarity.

• Ability to foster trust and rapport with patients in a virtual setting.

• Dedication to evidence-based care grounded in the latest clinical research.

• Proficient in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or multiple U.S. states.

• At least one active license must be in a state currently experiencing a hiring need.

• Multistate licensure or eligibility for licensure across states through the IMLC is required.

• Willingness to broaden expertise in diverse areas of women’s healthcare.

• Experience with telehealth services is an advantage.
