This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Promote the Vaccines Portfolio across various customers and channels.
• Regularly engage with customers through live, face-to-face interactions as well as virtual meetings.
• Introduce new products to the market.
• Formulate strategies to manage business relationships and secure formulary access.
• Drive sales within the designated territory to achieve approved business objectives.
• Create and execute business and territory call plans.
• Identify and implement both live and virtual customer engagement strategies.
• Foster customer relationships and build rapport.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms for effective customer engagement.
• Analyze internal reports and analytics to uncover and act on strategic business opportunities.
• Compliantly use approved disease-state information and patient resources.
• Examine market barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail, and other sectors.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Account Management, and cross-functional teams.
• Complete administrative duties, such as customer call entry, expense submissions, and addressing internal requests.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional sales, promotional activity, small business ownership, entrepreneurial roles, marketing, customer service, account management, relevant healthcare/scientific positions, educational roles, or full-time military service.
• Alternatively, an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience is acceptable.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience is acceptable.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing is preferred.
• Prior experience with vaccines is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with vaccines in the therapeutic area and related products is preferred.
• Knowledge of customers and markets within the assigned territory is preferred.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
