Welfare Support Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Support the processing of applications for Discretionary Housing Payments (DHP's)

• Provide assistance with Local Welfare Assistance, currently referred to as Crisis & Resilience (CRF)

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Housing Benefit assessment is mandatory

• Proficiency as a NEC (Northgate) user is required

• At least 3 years of experience in a Senior Benefits role

• Familiarity with evaluating applications for DHP's or C&RF

• Must be a user of NEC (Northgate)
