This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.
• Oversee website support and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, SEO experts, and QA professionals.
• Manage client communication effectively.
• Supervise website maintenance and development tasks from initial request through to final delivery.
• Collect and clarify requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create organized tasks for developers, designers, SEO specialists, and QA engineers.
• Identify issues, define expected outcomes, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate the development of website features, pages, sections, forms, and landing pages.
• Prioritize tasks, track deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Review completed work and conduct basic functional and visual testing of the website.
• Detect and examine website issues prior to escalation to technical specialists.
• Maintain professional correspondence with clients in both Russian and English.
• Manage projects and tasks utilizing Jira and other internal platforms.
• Execute minor website updates through a CMS, including pages, content blocks, menus, metadata, images, and other website components.
• Compile reports and maintain project documentation.
• Experience in a Project Manager, Account Project Manager, Website Manager, or a comparable position within digital, web development, or a related domain.
• Strong grasp of web development principles, including websites, pages, forms, integrations, domains, redirects, and responsive layouts.
• Experience with CMS platforms is essential.
• Familiarity with 1C-Bitrix or WordPress is advantageous, or the ability to quickly learn new CMS platforms.
• Capability to formulate clear, structured, and technically comprehensible tasks for cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in reviewing completed work and conducting basic functional and visual testing of websites.
• Experience with Jira or a similar task management tool.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
• High attention to detail and an independent approach to issue investigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Russian and English, with strong written and verbal communication capabilities with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to adopt a hands-on approach rather than solely functioning as a coordinator.
