This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Oversee the planning, establishment, monitoring, and conclusion phases of cardiac safety studies and programs.
• Collect customer requirements and convert study needs into actionable strategies for cross-functional teams.
• Create, maintain, and manage study documentation throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Coordinate the distribution of equipment, tracking, reconciliation, and inventory management tasks.
• Generate, review, and disseminate study reports, project metrics, status updates, and communications with customers.
• Ensure that study data, documentation, and project records are archived in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Set, convey, and effectively manage customer expectations throughout the execution of the project.
• Track study timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource utilization to guarantee successful outcomes.
• Oversee project financial activities, including budget evaluations, revenue forecasting, scope management, and invoice reconciliation.
• Identify project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and properly escalate issues to ensure the success of the study.
• Lead both internal and external discussions to foster effective communication, teamwork, and efficient resource use.
• Utilize structured problem-solving methodologies to tackle operational challenges, customer issues, and project escalations.
• Maintain documentation for issue tracking and ensure prompt follow-up and resolution of project-related concerns.
• Participate in investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and customer governance discussions as required.
• Present Cardiac Solutions services, workflows, and operational capabilities to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Development and operational teams to enhance customer engagement and support business growth initiatives.
• Assist in the onboarding, mentoring, and training of new Project Management team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects that elevate quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Bachelor's degree and proven project management experience in clinical research, life sciences, healthcare technology, or a related field.
• Clario Project Management Certification required as relevant to the line of business.
• 1 to 4 years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, healthcare, medical device, or related sectors.
• Understanding of the drug development process and the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects, operational deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, including effective communication in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships, collaborating effectively across global teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven responsiveness, accountability, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Valid passport and readiness to travel internationally, up to approximately 20%, as business needs arise.
