This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and uphold artwork files within the client's artwork management system.
• Upload, organize, monitor, tag, categorize, and archive artwork assets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address artwork-related challenges within the DAM system.
• Provide training and support for workflow systems to both internal and external teams.
• Uphold client-specific style guides and brand standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and SGX.
• Convey project requirements, timelines, and feedback to relevant stakeholders.
• Track project progress and deadlines attentively.
• Facilitate artwork approvals and revisions.
• Resolve issues encountered during the artwork production process.
• Deliver regular project status updates.
• Organize and lead client meetings and presentations effectively.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Identify and address project risks proactively.
• Ensure that deliverables meet established quality standards.
• Monitor progress utilizing project management tools.
• Keep project documentation up to date.
• Ensure that packaging layouts comply with brand guidelines.
• Maintain repositories of client specifics, brand assets, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct daily system evaluations and verify technical specifications along with supplied data.
• Confirm that order entries are complete prior to the commencement of production.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Maintain CRM data and provide weekly status reports.
• Support audits, manufacturer reviews, and distribution tracking efforts.
• Monitor pricing matrices and adjustments in CRM workflows.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, artwork production, or a related sector.
• Solid understanding of artwork production processes and workflows.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Experience in packaging, printing, or life sciences industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Proficient in redlining with an acute attention to detail is preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualifications is preferred.
• Fluency in additional EMEA languages is a bonus, though not essential.
