This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and facilitate the effective execution of designated projects and programs.

• Oversee project development, collaborating with colleagues within the department and, when required, with external partners.

• Work in close partnership with the PMO to ensure outstanding project delivery.

• Ensure projects are completed within the specified time frame, scope, and budget.

• Prepare documentation and manage project content efficiently.

• Engage in the creation and maintenance of project management resources.

• Continuously report metrics and project tracking information to the PMO.

• Actively participate in meetings at both the functional-department and interdepartmental levels.

• Collaborate effectively with members of cross-functional teams and leadership.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with national policies, procedures, and reporting standards.

• Advocate for the adoption of project management best practices throughout the organization.

• Report to the Program Management Office via a matrix or direct reporting structure, based on the functional assignment.

• Cultivate and sustain a personal funding base.

• Foster relationships with ministry partners through visits, phone calls, prayer, and thank-you notes.

• Secure the agreed-upon annual budget.

• Annually secure the predetermined budget.

• Candidates must align with InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement: Purpose and Doctrinal Basis.
