This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Complete the onboarding process and become acquainted with our website stack and procedures.

• Get to know your colleagues.

• Start making minor enhancements, corrections, and optimizations to current pages.

• Take ownership of website performance and reliability metrics.

• Implement enhancements for tracking and create analytics dashboards.

• Lead technical web projects from start to finish.

• Establish yourself as the expert on website performance, Cloudflare, and front-end optimization.

• Expertise in WordPress: must possess advanced skills in creating and managing WordPress sites, especially with Elementor.

• Cloudflare: experience in configuring DNS, CDN, caching rules, and security settings.

• Proficient in JavaScript & CSS: strong front-end capabilities for developing and customizing web experiences.

• Site Reliability: ability to monitor uptime, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stability.

• Site Performance Optimization: hands-on experience in enhancing Core Web Vitals, page speed, and loading times.

• Analytics & Tracking: skilled in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

• Strong design sensibility: capable of executing polished, pixel-perfect designs with a focus on user experience.

• Nice to Have

• Experience with Elementor or similar page builders (e.g., Divi, Beaver Builder).

• Familiarity with PHP: understanding of theme/plugin customization in WordPress.

• Experience in A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
