Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement production systems utilized by leading enterprise retailers.

• Collaborate closely with customers’ engineering, operations, and leadership teams.

• Transition new products from initial concept to live deployments.

• Design and enhance core infrastructure that supports global delivery orchestration.

• Collaborate with product and AI teams to shape direction throughout North America.

• Troubleshoot real-world logistics workflows across fleets, APIs, and integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in building and delivering production software.

• Strong proficiency with APIs, backend systems, or platform integrations.

• Comfortable navigating between code, customer challenges, and architectural decisions.

• A tendency towards speed, iteration, and ownership.

• Effective communicator capable of engaging directly with operators, CTOs, and executives.

• Driven by the desire to create software that impacts the physical world at scale.
