Website Coordinator – Automotive Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conceal new car promotions at the start of each month.

• Announce new vehicle promotions utilizing authorized offers with appropriate linking and tagging.

• Share client and cooperative/compliance approved sliders ensuring accurate click-throughs and tagging.

• Revise client-approved service promotions.

• Conduct weekly/monthly audits of both desktop and mobile websites using a sanctioned checklist.

• Assess customer-facing websites for design imperfections and glitches that may impact browsing or purchasing.

• Provide recommendations for design and development improvements.

• Identify optimization challenges, such as slow page loading times, duplicate content, broken links, spelling mistakes, improperly tagged images, outdated information, missing search or contact details, and navigation issues.

• Execute strategies to reduce page load times and enhance user experience.

• Incorporate conversion optimization features like awards, certifications, and testimonials.

• Address and rectify issues identified during website audits.

• Keep detailed records of website audits on the internal dashboard.

• Submit dealer websites for monthly compliance approval when necessary.

• Implement required compliance adjustments, resubmit websites, and secure and file compliance approval letters.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Must possess strong attention to detail and be self-driven.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Capability to maintain calm and perform effectively under pressure.

• Must demonstrate initiative and organizational skills.

• Must be adept at following directions while managing multiple clients and tasks concurrently.
