This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage the webinar and podcast initiatives from inception to completion.
• Create the schedule for webinars, design formats, map funnel stages, identify target personas, and align with the product roadmap.
• Oversee the webinar calendar and manage the topic pipeline.
• Identify and prepare internal experts, customers, analysts, and partners to serve as speakers.
• Conduct dry runs and ensure that presenters stay on track and convey the intended message.
• Handle the webinar technology stack, including registration pages, reminder sequences, and integration with marketing automation tools.
• Execute live production, managing operations, moderation, Q&A sessions, polls, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with campaigns and digital teams for promotion, on-demand distribution, lead routing, and post-event follow-up.
• Establish the podcast concept, including its format, title, target audience, episode structure, and schedule.
• Build and maintain the guest pipeline, encompassing outreach, scheduling, briefing, and preparation materials.
• Produce podcast episodes, which involves recording, editing, creating show notes, transcripts, and coordinating artwork.
• Manage hosting and distribution across various external platforms and the company website.
• Expand the podcast audience via social media, email, guest amplification, and cross-promotional strategies.
• Analyze and report on downloads, completion rates, and audience growth metrics.
• Transform webinars and episodes into clips, quote cards, blog summaries, social media posts, and email content.
• Conduct joint webinars with partners, analysts, and industry publications.
• Handle co-marketing logistics, lead-sharing agreements, and promotional commitments.
• Monitor registration, attendance rates, engagement levels, and sourced and influenced pipeline.
• Analyze and report on topic, format, and speaker performance and align findings with core KPIs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing webinars, virtual events, podcasts, or video programs in a B2B context, particularly in marketing within the cybersecurity sector or towards cybersecurity audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build a program from the ground up, rather than simply maintaining an existing one.
• Proficient with webinar platforms (such as Zoom Webinars, Riverside, ON24, Goldcast, or similar) and marketing automation tools (like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
• Strong project management skills, adept at managing calendars, deadlines, and numerous moving components.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in front of the camera and microphone.
• Ability to remain calm under the pressure of live production.
• Preferred experience in audio/video editing (using tools like Descript, Riverside, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Experience in hosting or moderating is preferred.
• An established network of security practitioners, researchers, or analysts is preferred.
• Previous experience with paid promotion of events and shows is preferred.
