Web3 Product Marketing Manager, DEX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• You will define the positioning, launches, and market narrative that distinguishes the product.

• Take ownership of positioning and messaging for key audiences, including alpha groups, trading communities, and professional traders.

• Develop a distinct differentiation narrative based on the product’s strengths while simplifying a technical product story to resonate with both seasoned traders and newcomers to onchain.

• Lead go-to-market initiatives for launches, product capabilities, and ecosystem features, from the initial brief to post-launch evaluation.

• Serve as the team’s authority on the onchain derivatives and trading landscape, encompassing trends, trader insights, and market observations.

• Transform market intelligence into positioning, product recommendations, and growth strategies.

• Enhance adoption and retention through strategies such as community leaderboards, yield-based rebates, and referral programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in product marketing or a similar role, with significant hands-on experience in Web3, consumer fintech, or trading products.

• Familiarity with retail trading products or exchanges (DEX or CEX), along with a genuine comprehension of how order books and derivatives or perps function.

• Proven history of managing product launches from start to finish, achieving measurable outcomes.

• Demonstrated capability to own positioning and messaging for a product or protocol and execute go-to-market strategies across various channels.

• Solid understanding of crypto-native culture and communities, including platforms like X, Discord, and Web3.

• Highly analytical with the ability to define and monitor growth, retention, and adoption metrics.

• Comfortable working hands-on in a rapidly changing environment with substantial ownership responsibilities.
