This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance marketing strategies in collaboration with business partners.
• Convert business goals, opportunities, and challenges into insights-driven strategies focused on consumers.
• Assist in the annual marketing planning process, including intake briefs, marketing briefs, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Insights team to uncover research opportunities and translate findings into practical consumer insights.
• Work alongside Brand Strategy to reinforce brand positioning from inception to execution.
• Partner with Customer Life Cycle Marketing, Analytics, Creative & Content, and cross-functional agile teams.
• Translate strategy into effective go-to-market execution.
• Ensure that campaign plans, measurement frameworks, KPIs, and creative execution are in alignment with business objectives and overarching strategy.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Advocate for consumer-centric thinking while balancing business priorities and enterprise goals.
• Manage stakeholder alignment across business, marketing, and support functions.
• Capture and disseminate key learnings.
• Develop scalable tools and playbooks.
• Recommend optimization opportunities to enhance overall effectiveness.
• Lead and support special projects that advance priorities and encourage continuous professional growth.
• Report directly to the Director of Portfolio & Product Marketing Strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, marketing strategy, go-to-market planning/development, or a related role that leads cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization.
• Strong skills in project and initiative management.
• Experience managing timelines, dependencies, risk mitigation plans, messaging frameworks, and value propositions.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback during creative review processes.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Capacity to create clear briefs, synthesize input, and deliver concise updates and performance reports.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
• Capability to thrive in a white space environment.
• Strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Adaptability to evolving priorities and the ability to help shape a newly established role.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, Communications, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, insurance, finance, or other regulated industries, or within large multi-brand organizations.
• Preferred: Background in strategic planning and translating business objectives into marketing strategies.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with insights, creative, legal, compliance, and other teams.
• Must work during Central Standard Time (CST) or Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
• Home internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
