Web Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture ongoing client relationships along with a portfolio of web retainer accounts

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports

• Ensure that website development projects adhere to timelines and budget constraints

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope and requirements

• Create user flows, functional requirements, and detailed tickets in Teamwork

• Enhance project management processes in collaboration with leadership

• Work closely with Strategy, Design, Development, and Content teams

• Assess new business opportunities, support proposal efforts, and strengthen client partnerships

• Act as a representative for Interactive Strategies at industry events and networking opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in managing digital projects within an agency or client-facing environment

• Familiarity with content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress

• Proficient in project management tools like Teamwork, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar platforms

• Background in writing functional and technical requirements for web development projects

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Capacity to build rapport and trust through empathy and personalized service
