Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist the Project Leadership Team (PLT) to ensure the successful delivery of the defined project scope.

• Develop and monitor project schedules.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues.

• Oversee the creation and tracking of project budgets.

• Effectively communicate with IT and business leadership.

• Appropriately escalate issues to the PLT and leadership.

• Generate relevant project artifacts.

• Manage teams across various geographic locations.

• Execute medium-to-high complexity projects utilizing Client-specific Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.

• Coordinate projects that involve a single customer, multiple delivery teams, various vendors, a single portfolio, and moderate project budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of tools, including MS Project.

• Familiarity with a Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool.

• Capacity to engage in internal and external meetings through video calls as required.

• Willingness to work onsite at corporate or client offices when necessary.

• For roles that involve business travel and/or event attendance: capability to lift 25 lbs.

• For roles that involve business travel and/or event attendance: possession of a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.

• Ability to meet the specified physical and visual requirements as needed.
