Project Manager, WMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee WMS and intralogistics initiatives for large enterprises from the planning phase through to go-live.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources; assess risks and liaise with all stakeholders.

• Establish project workflows utilizing tools such as Slack, Linear, and GitHub.

• Oversee project budgets and invoices.

• Coordinate development and testing up to production deployment, including releases and change management.

• Document warehouse processes in collaboration with warehouse staff.

• Develop appropriate target processes aligned with Pyck’s methodology, such as utilizing BPMN.

• Facilitate connections between warehouse teams, development teams, and decision-makers on the customer side.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.

• Leverage project experience and relevant AI tools to enhance Pyck’s methodologies, tools, and product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience managing WMS or intralogistics projects within an enterprise setting.

• Strong grasp of warehouse processes and their representation in software.

• Experience in project planning and management, with accountability for budgets, resources, and risk assessment.

• Proficient in process modeling using BPMN.

• Familiarity with software project workflows, covering development and testing through to implementation, including releases and change management.

• Practical experience with AI tools and a keen interest in their effective application in project work and process design.

• Confident in engaging with diverse stakeholders and communicating at both operational and executive levels.
