Web Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of website projects from initiation through development, quality assurance, revisions, and final launch, ensuring timelines, milestones, tasks, and deadlines are adhered to.

• Collaborate with developers and creative teams, ensuring that all team members have the necessary information and resources to complete their tasks effectively.

• Engage directly with clients to gather content, assets, login details, feedback, and obtain approvals.

• Convert business requests into precise tasks for developers and designers.

• Monitor website progress throughout development and conduct quality assurance checks across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

• Spot any missing or incorrect elements and verify that websites operate smoothly.

• Manage website launches, including changes to domains, hosting, DNS, integrations, migrations, and other necessary launch elements.

• Anticipate potential roadblocks early, maintain project momentum, and provide regular updates on progress to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in overseeing website development projects from inception to launch.

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

• Strong comprehension of the website development lifecycle.

• Experience in coordinating developers and creative teams effectively.

• Practical knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, WooCommerce, Framer, hosting, domains, DNS, website migrations, staging versus production, mobile responsiveness, and website quality assurance.

• Experience in a marketing or web agency environment is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with project management and communication tools.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) is required.

• Must be available for a full-time schedule aligned with EST.
